Last week Hugo and I sent these Chocolate Covered Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats with Josh into the office. Pre-production is a wild time and every day more people are added to the crew. With so many food allergies and a few vegans in the group, the days of dropping off donuts are long gone!
These are a crowd pleaser, especially if you’re working with special diets. I was easily able to swap out the basic recipes for low-allergen ingredients. I used a heart shaped cookie cutter to make the pretty shapes and then dipped half in melted chocolate. Hugo assisted with the strawberry sprinkles, of course. I love how these turned out and they were very well received.
